Mine is also like this and i asked them if i will get rupay select as i don't see that as a option. They assured that i will get rupay select and i saw them writing "Rupay - Select". I asked if addon can be on my name?, they said yes. So in short, i wrote in a single form for both addon card and both on my name itself. Let's see how it goes.

It is working now. i was able to redeem prime and swiggy. Waiting for myntra voucher to be generated

I didn't have this issue but there is option to ON/OFF card in mobile app. If you want to set pin for a new card, try the IVR option (1800 1800) and before calling get the Debit card otp by messaging DCPIN <cardnum> to 9264092640. You should be able to set pin in a single call. I was not able to set it via app or netbanking. finally IVR worked else i would have to go to atm or branch as last resort.

You can claim one in each of the option , there’s Kalyan jewellers voucher in that as well. I have redeemed Myntra, I can still see option to redeem decathlon, Kalyan and reliance

All these are under online shopping category and we are able to redeem all, unlike OTT category where if we choose prime , hotstar disappears.

As per rupay select customer care u can only redeem 1. I hv not redeemed any so can't confirm. In my account is cn see all even after redeem bt i cant redeem any voucher. So i called dem to redeem. They manually redeem my vouchers.

I am pretty sure we can, or at least I can . I have already redeemed myntra but i am not sure under which category it was , i just redeemed reliance. i can still see the other two. i am attaching the screenshots for before and after and also the ott where i redeemed prime, then i no longer have option to redeem anything further. The benefits listed in the original post are the exact benefits we get. It was mentioned prime or hotstar but then for these they mentioned them separately.

I just checked service category for myntra which is online shopping. So i guess i have redeemed 2 out of 4 so far. Will be redeeming kalyan once i get add on cards. I will update how that works as well. Also, myntra is GC, which you can add to wallet and have expiry for a year, it will pretty useful with addon + primary cards for each quarter, we can stack it for big purchase. Swiggy one can also be extended with add on.
