Hey Fam!

Does ICICI offers Dreamfolks card with Icici sapphiro or rubyx? I see folks got priority pass with sapphiro, does the bank give option once you recieve card?

Also on which variant of sapphiro/rubyx we can get it, single or dual one?

so if they gave me the Priority pass card, do I have to create account somewhere and activate the card or I just present the Priority pass card at the counter as it is without doing anything?
Some are pre activated. Some are not. Better call pp customer support, tell them your pp number and ask of it need activating or not.

You don't need minimum spending for international use of Priority pass. Correct me if am wrong

I have ICICI sapphiro so you mean to say I don't need any minimum spend for using it for international lounge access with PP?
Both domestic and international lounges were free before.

Since, people get more tech savy, and domestic lounges became more crowded, the banks started imposing a cover charge to justify the use of lounges. Cause the charges comes directly from bank's pocket. And they invest on the customer, giving them free perks. So they will be more favorable to that 1 bank itself.

But the greed of men (and women alike), have no limit. Hence the banks has to take drastic steps to safeguard their money. So the chargable lounge access was introduced.

International lounge access are provided by international partners. They have no nonsense terms of their own. You have to pay for their services and they have fixed prices. So once you have bought international access, you get what you pay for.

Later on, the banks could start charging for international lounges as well. And might provide vouchers only. But they have to manually create vouchers for millions of people. Which is too much work / waste of time.

So for now, its the domestic lounges which got rules/conditions. If your card bank says, that you got international lounge access, it will be free.
