I am seeing the following options on my netbanking, but xpressway shows no offers available. Are these preapproved or just baiting me into hard enquiry?

It did help; it looks like they are using channelsource parameter to issue me either IOCL card(channelsource=indian) and pixel/ltf card(channelsource = zeta). They have updated url layout too as I think Mr SSV's insight may have spooked them. But most probably it is not pre-approved. Well, that sucks. But thanks nonetheless. Appreciate your assistance.

Yes, I remember reading the same; but consistent bombarding by HDFC led me to confusion; I will keep this in mind for future reference.
