One YouTuber, "Professor Cardz," has mentioned this many times in his videos, but since the video in question is members-only, I am unable to watch it. no you do not use amex card for upi only rupay card will available on upi

Bhai youtubers ch***** hain...he is only making fool and selling membership....upi is only on rupay network...u cannot make upi payment through visa/master/amex etc

You can add money to Mobikwik wallet using amex cards at 3% charge and then use mobikwik wallet upi for payments. Thats the only way!

So Why he is mentioning Amex card only. We can do this by any card. So He's making fool to get memberships.

Because most of the Amex holders either don’t have that lifestyle or spend areas or acceptability where they can make spends through it to reach respective milestones to get good roi. Hence everyone is simply on look out for ways to make spends on it some organic, some through rotation, some through simply mix of both. That’s where such options come into picture which influencers/youtubers like him try to capitalize on information by selling these memberships which is common knowledge for people who go through forums like the one where you posted this question.
