yes, both are eligible for instant offers(Amex has few exception's)

Where did you get the LTF offer, on iMobile app or you received a call from ICICI or otherwise??

Me also received the call from the icici credit card department and after checking the offers on my registered mobile number, he got me the sapphiro and rubyx both, i chosen sapphiro.

No at that time there was no offer for Rubyx or Sapphiro, call centre guy checked in his portal for pre-approved offers
