NO CHARGES BY MSEB FORTUNATELY BUT EVERY CARD OTHER THAN ONE CARD AND AMEX IS CHARGING 1.18% FEES. Please suggest which card to use. BTW THIS IS A FAKE BILL CHARGED TO ME BY MSEB, I HAVE SOLAR PLANT INSTALLED.

I have to; otherwise, I'm facing charges, and they are sending actual goons to my building to cut the connection. I will contest this bill in court and demand damages as well. this isn't there first rodeo, they pulled something similar last year when i removed my meter in 2022 and they sent me false bill of 18,000. this was due to accounting error on their end and they had to compensate me instead.

my thought was to pay via millennia, get 1k cashback and 1k milestone voucher,rest all give -ve.

just realised i cant use millennia as it is in diners network. nue card on other hand could work. I also have idfc first wealth dc but I thought no rp on utility payments.
