Well, If it is any consolation I too didn't receive any update regarding the card neither through mail nor message.

But you can see the card in the app. I am not able to register netbanking or mobile banking. As per branch staff it is possible only after getting welcome mail.

Oh ok, it was similar to me when I opened the account initially which took almost a week . This is the xtra card that I applied

Offer is ended for all rupay platinum card from March 31st 2025.

I did a mistake of opening advantage account, so I could only get EMT

No Min variant for EMT is advantage and for RSDC is super savings. On super savings u can get both fyf

Tip - open super savings, get both dcs, downgrade to advantage account.

Has anyone downgraded their account (super savings to advantage) ? Will there be any chance that they will block the select card as it is not available in advantage account?

Tried all options, nothing is working. Even CIF is also not working. BM says net banking can be registered with DC only. Maybe they have closed all other options or my CIF is inactive due to some issue.

For registration, CIF should be active. Just check with Branch to activate CIF.
