PNB launched New Range of Debit Cards

Anyway, you'll need to find a well-versed employee at the bank. They do have option to apply for add on cards in their Finacle. If still they are not able to help try your luck with email support. PNB's email support is comparatively better

The thing is, these employees realise that we are there for RSDC and not normal banking. Some gives stare, some give excuses and some just try to ignore with time. There are few who just love doing the job (lady at Canara bank say).

I am going to wait for some time about my own account for now but will plan to open family accounts (female/elderly) for long term as the bank is quite near to my home and I plan to do all banking from there in coming future…

Somehow I am liking the Platinum card like benefits in new PNB variants where we will use it for self like all the vouchers rather than sell or give away to friends and family…

Good to know that the employees at your branch are aware of RSDC benefits. The employee at my branch was so surprised when I told him that he could get Amazon prime free every year with RSDC 😂. Maybe he helped me appy for add ons as a gesture of gratitude 😂

Started account before these new variants were available, opened 50k account variant Growth, 1st RSDC received. Second add on card applied from app turned out normal Rupay DC which asked bank to deactivate before even arriving, got 2nd FC from bank applying, same BIN of 6025, all good.

After these new variants came, asked bank and cc - they had no idea about new variants, only info I got was my account is now shows executive salary account. I applied for 3rd card from bank, today received it.

To my surprise it’s different from previous cards 6024 BIN and has details of account benefits, refer attached images , looks better value wise than earlier on paper at least ..

As the bank is near by my home than any other I have decided to shift family pension account and planning to shift my salary account with them, I hope they have satisfactory service.

May it was printed or in process during the devaluation, its not a big deal for me though. Happy I got mixed of both Select and Platinum like benefits now!

Activated teh card via green otp and IVR, somehow its not appeared in PNB One yet, any way to enable ecom transctions?

I opted for the elite executive account and received the RSDC. However when I asked the branch person for add on card, they said they are unable to provide RSDC as add on card. Is there a way I can apply for add on cards? Also are all the benefits also available for the add on cards?

In my case I started with 50K Growth account, got RPDC (BIN 6525), later got first add on same bin.... Then the new accounts came, asked branch to change to executive elite... instantly done and then applied for second add on - its BIN id different 6524 (similar to Platinum DCs). I think PNB now does not have 6525 BIN nor the similar benefits like earliar. Some benefits added (shoppng vouchers etc), some got devalued like cult fit live instead of offline workout.

I was thinking in similar lines like you to close first 2 DC and apply for similar new DC but doubt they will have that option. You have almost confirm asking the branch today may be new variants don`t have any add on cards!
