I think only cards which have lounges via rupay network. Hdfc, au, idfc, axis, icici have their own network with dreamfolks and should not be eligible for rupay network based lounges, unless they themselves (or dreamfolks) have tie up with them.

I visited this Gargee executive lounge at Patna jn. They denied loungue access.saying it is private facility. Not yet part of any debit/credit card access facility.
Although there name is on list of rupay website.

Went today and got denied. Said no cards at all.

So, that means rupay site in outdated and dreamfolks is correct.

I received an update from DF staff that they’ve improved the hospitality experience after multiple customer complaints. Sealdah has already started implementing these changes from April. Earlier, meal refills weren’t allowed, but now they offer unlimited refills—just like airport lounges. Plus, the food quality has also improved noticeably.

But neither emt or canara millen has railway lounge
