Yes, it is possible. I am not sure if it can be done online itself, but I am 100% sure it can be done at the branch

Why I am asking is, need Kotak any 1 credit card LTF. As I enquired in branch n corporate representative, account is required in all cases.

So, Will open Kotak 811 digital account and link UPI with GPay and let’s see if they give at least league platinum LTF else will upgrade to edge or pro saving account.

I have just 811 and they offered League Platinum LTF. So, the account is not really required. Maybe they have changed the rules now. I got the card about 6 months ago

Opened it in 2019
Balance not much: maybe between 2K-15K
Average of 10/15K per month transactions (used to use it mainly to partly pay CC bills via Mobikwik, so I could get supercash); though there may have been a few months (not many) when the transactions reached about 30-40K

You could also tranfer it online as well.
But to have a CC, you dont have to transfer, I too have the similar account and I have pre approved offers on 811 account only.

Actually I had purchased laptop using Kotak EMI, So got that CRN number from their app while opening 811 account.

So was getting error as cannot open account as customer is already exists.

I have applied then League platinum as showing LTF on their website and used that CRN number.

let's see if they approve it or not .

I opened kotak 811 account ang got offer for ltf kotak 811 credit card within week of opening account. Just did 5-6 transactions of few rs.

811 was not able to open as I already have CRN due to EMI from Kotak, so I opened Pro account now. Let's see.

I closed my Union bank account and opened Kotak.

Before account they rejected my League platinum LTF.

Now, They rejected my Kotak White LTF saying Credit profile is not as per bank policy. 😅

Let's see, I will link Kotak account to UPI and let's see after 3 month I will try to get LTF card.

Upgrading is easy, you can go to branch, fill form and done.
Or even you have an option of upgrading it from your app as well
