How to increase ICICI limit

I emailed customer care for limit increase and they straight away denied. Then messaged them on X and got a call saying i have to send income docs and there will be cibil enquiry for that. I'm a business owner with under 5 lac itr so will this work?

Yes it will work, mine Apay CC limit increased on basis of ITR 4.9L

Did they pull your CIBIL report? I also want to try requesting it. Last time, they just told me to check for offers in the iMobile app and didn’t ask for an ITR or anything. Among all my credit cards, ICICI has the lowest limit.
