I don't have any rupay card, nor did I apply for one. Recently I got approved for a canara visa platinum card, but now I'm wondering why this message came for rupay cc. I'm just worried about it being an unauthorised card which I'll be held liable for. I checked the free cibil report, and it doesn't show up there. I checked enquiry details and didn't find any either. Can anyone please help.

Well it seems to me , someone paid for NPS through RuPay CC, but for some mistake/reason , your number got punched, hence you are receiving this.

Any RuPay CC user who paid for NPS can confirm.

The survey is not for national pension system (NPS). It is for Net promoter score (NPS) that NPCI tracks for Rupay cc

Okay but then why am I getting it 😭. I don't have any rupay cc
Btw, I have three RuPay CCs (from two diff numbers), but never got this survey in either number. :grinning-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Anyway, as I said, it could be a mistake from NPCI.

I'm checking everyday (have a subscription) and nothing shows up yet.

It might take a few days/months for the card to be reported to credit bureaus (CIBIL, etc). However, I don't think a new CC will ever show up, without applying. Very rarely, someone's card could have been linked to yours. It is really very rare and even if if occurs, it is highly due to technical error.

Since, you have the subscription, you'll receive the notification as soon as something happens in your account (such as a new CC is added). I think the alert system is available for free (without a subscription). With a subscription, you could see it immediately and report it to CIBIL and/or to the card-issuing-bank as soon as you see any misinformation.
