ICICI Sapphiro FYF Joining Benefits

Hey guys, I want to know whether there is a joining benefit for the first year free ICICI Sapphiro dual card. The agent who applied for me said that there is a Rs 1000 Tata Cliq voucher if I make a first transaction, but when I called customer care after receiving the card, they said that there are no benefits like that. If there is a joining benefit, how do I get it? Is there a minimum transaction value and are offline transaction applicable for this? Thank you.

Hey recieved same call from agent for FYF sapphiro i said yes, she didn't asked any details just confirmation after an hour of that call recieved another one for confirmation i confirmed. But still no card is visible in imobile and no communication in mail.
It takes that much time ? I heard virtual starts showing after 3-4h.
In your case how much time it took ?

It took 3 days to show up on app and 3 more days receive the new cards.

Getting a call regularly... What should I do to stop them from calling me?
1) Get this shirty card for FYF, and cancel after few months?
2) Complaint to PNO and if no resolution, then to RBIO?

Cant stand them?

Reward wise yes its a shitty card, but BOGO and 1k tata cliq voucher is fine ( since icici only shows only one account for all card) can close or maybe they convert ltf later

Last time i said no, said call only when ltf offer they didn't call almost 20 days,
or ask them to mark as not need in their system they will update.

I received a call from an ICICI agent few days back that you have an upgrade offer of FYF Sapphiro, while my iMobile app only shows the Paid upgrade offer to Sapphiro as well as Emeralde. I confirmed it with the agent and she told me just give me your confirmation and the Sapphiro would be processed as FYF card and I confirmed my willingness to proceed. Now the card has been upgraded as I can see it in my iMobile app, but how would I know that there would be no joining or first year annual fee charges post activation. Any help?

Don't activate and email customer care to confirm whether card is first year free or not.
