When did this happen? Was there any real discussion, or did a few people just decide on their own to lock the thread and make it exclusive to TF Premier or higher ?

People cannot move the thread as we don't have any permissions. Important points were discussed, and OP of that thread approved it. Hence it was moved by the senior mod.

By People I meant it was decided by few people to lock it and person with appropriate authority locked it

Well, no worries then. Now that you big folks have already made the decision, we low TF level people can't really do anything anyway.
