Axis Credit Card Against FD TAT

Applied for an Axis IndianOil Credit card against FD on June 25, 2024. As the process was OFFLINE through a branch in Kerala, just received a message with Application receipt details without C1 or MLP numbers to track. Anyone knows about the TAT for FD cards from Axis. No help from customer service. Brach says under process. Almost 1 month now.

You should have applied IDFC WoW. Anycase, they just received, it will take 14 days from this message to get the status.

Had an NRI relationship with IDFC. Applied first wow, was approved, created FD then rejected after 1 month. Reason - NRI relation. Asked them to give rejection reason by email. But emailed - due to banks internal policy card was rejected.

Is there any problem if I apply for an Axis Bank credit card against a fixed deposit after getting rejected for a regular credit card via their website? Do I need to wait for three months, even though CIBIL score doesn't matter in the case of FD-backed cards?

cibil doesn't matter for fd cards.

I think you don't have to wait for 3 months as my application was rejected on January and I took the FD card on February.
