1 hour 51min later, sote parte ek agent online aaya.

Filled the card number verification form. The agent asked for name, mob and email.

After which the agent said - We will work on your request and will share update at the earliest. Is there anything else i may help you with? We will reply you back within 48 hours.

Almost 24hrs and no email or message 🤷‍♂️

Lets see for 2 more nights. I used my emeralde vi for this. It should work flawlessly.

Just now started chat again with visa concierge in whatsapp.

Told my email and he found my incomplete form, with my city name missing that the earlier guy forgot to note down. Got case id this time and this new guy told me that i will get the invitation in email soon.

Weird. I got 2026 December which actually is great too but yeah 20207 would have been the best!!!

I already had Gold status earlier via mastercard platinum I guess. Full membership tenure- didnt even use any GHA hotel once!!!


Now, couple days back I enrolled into this Visa Infinite offer to get Titanium status. I thought these status matches are done once in a lifetime and I may not get it in the same registered name + email but to my surprise!!! Voila! I got upgraded to Titanium till Dec 26 on the very same account which acc to me isnt really allowed when it comes to status matching in airlines and hotels as they allow it once per lifetime!




Process
As mentioned above, I just logged into Visa concierge website, got connected to some international chat agent and I told him I want this status match offer. He asked me for Card number, Name, City, Email and thats it!
He told me to wait for 24-48 hours for an email with upgrade invitation link.

Within 1 day I got it and it was very smooth!

Now its time to match Titanium to other airlines and hotel programs.
