Paid HDFC Ergo premium on 30th April using Amazon Pay using Amazon Pay balance and the transaction was successful today received a mail we haven't received your payment kindly do the payment in Current Account.

The same day (30/04) I received new policy message and details.

Idk what is going on trying to connect amazon.

I applied for sbi cashback card on 8/06/25
Recieved call today from sbi card. Lady said we are processing cashback card for only whose profile matches approval without any documents ( whose generates instantly ) and my profile is not eligible for that ( need physical verification) she asked to proceed for other card offered sbi irctc/simply save else application will expire. ( I have recorded call )

I told her to call back tomorrow.
What should I do above two cards are not useful for me as I already have a core sbi card simply click ltf.

That’s false information. My dad applied for neu infinity rupay. They lied to him and changed it to neu plus visa. Thankfully we found out immediately

My latest RBL DC issued this month is not working for Ecom txn.

Anyone facing same issue?

As usual both branch and customer care are clueless.

Faced same with newly issued Axis Card, complained upto PNO, no solution but after RBI complaint, they did solve this but still took 7 days after RBI complaint.

This is a syncing issue with mastercard. Call customer care and tell them to raise a debit card complaint with backend team. They will resolve it within two working days. just tell them you are not able to do online shopping transactions.

Important tip- You must ask for complaint number as sometimes these fools generates a lvl 1 complain and backend team wont entertain such complaints.

Received limit increase on amex mrcc, initial limit was 2.97L, kept 80k to mrcc and transfer 1.5L to plantium in August of last year. now Received 100% limit increase so new limit is 1.6L
I have applied for SBI Add on for family members and Digital KYC was done successfully. Where to see the Add on card number or check whether it is approved or not?

Promised axis Bank limit increase he told to open website link I opened and some shitty design clone. I said him I can make better in less money.

He cut the call I called him to ask where he get details he said he got from branch told my nearest branch name. My pan card number and he cut call again.


Damn how much data they have and banks share with these fraud agencies.
