Zenith + Card Renewal Benefit

Hi,
I have recently applied for the Zenith + Card and got it approved.

I should spend 8 lakhs for renewal fee waiver otherwise I need to pay 4999+GST.

If I pay the renewal fee will I get 5000 Reward Points as renewal benefit?

Even I applied and got approved, they told that renewal fee will also give us same benefit like joining ones. Even it is mentioned in their website
