I have been to used More than 15 years of bosch washing machine. There was no compliant and misleading information..
Past 2 year i have started using IFB washing machine.
IFB washing machine shows lots of errors.
one example water draining issue.
i called for service , service person came and said water purifier not working . made water softner for bill rupees 1850 , worth of 600 only through online.
i have asked for warranty and GST bill no use.
i send email to IFB home appliances. they have given senior manager number.
i spoken to them . according to IFB they said to use only company materials. but no clarity about water softner he sold to me. according to many international studies the product is garbage.
why the greedy people misleading and selling their products. no idea from worst IFB appliances.
Whenever I call for IFB support , there is a misleading information such as if customer don't use their aqua filter warranty will not be covered.
I want to take this to your director level.
I have question for IFB
1.Are you selling or recommending any product to use along with IFB? Such as aqua filter or softner
2. If particular water softener is not used will it not covered waranty. If show me the proof
3. Why service person sell their products during service?
4. why gst based bill is not generated for this kind of selling? Govt. Norms violation ?
5. Do you have any guidelines for service person contact with customer?
Else for violation of GST bill I will meet legally
