Which is the Best Debit Card?

Wanted to ask our expert community about the best debit card of any bank, I see some cards give 1% cb but with capping of 200,400 etc per month. Is there any card which gives good cashback for using it online to make CC payments primarily.

No, only on Mobikwik (all cards) and Hdfc bill pay (non-hdfc cards).

Search on forum, there is 1 thread which has all DC compared with final winner (I think it was RBL bank's card or IndusInd, not sure)

Also, if you take amazon offer with rupay, that too would be a plus
