Which credit card is better for rent payment. Through which app ?

I am currently holding 4 credit cards and planning to start doing rent payment with credit card going forward. I know that banks have added charges for rent payment on top of charges levied by payment apps. Considering the current situation, Whig among the following cards can be used for rent payment using which card ?
1. Icici Amazon pay
2. Icici coral Rupay
3. IDFC first select
4. Federal Scapia

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I think au bank cc allow 1 free rent charges per month.

IDFC offers additional points from last couple of months so calculate against charges

Go with idfc first they also give u 3x points for rent payment.

You can use cred or housing .com phonepay paytm for haus rent. If u have rent agreement and u want to trf more than 20k then rediff although other apps allow without rent agreement twice a month. Check it out

RG (redgirraffe) is good option for (genuine) rent payment. Charges are relatively low. Check on their website.

Platforms like Nobroker, Cred & Magicbricks charge 1-2%. Plus charges might be levied by Credit card banks . In that case how is Rent payment thru CC beneficial at all ??

Recently rent payment via bharatpay is also flagged by banks and they charged 1% over and above the charges levied by bharatpay. So total 2.5% charges against 1% reward.
Any other way for those who don't have rent agreement?

Don't pay rent on bharath pay banks don't like it and they may stop u r credit card. Either way 2 percent chgs will be levied 1 %by third party app and bank 1 % plus gst. Only sbi cards chg 199 plus gst irrespective of the amount . However u can't escape chgs from 3rd party apps.

So it's better to use UPI on Cred for rental payment. At least we get insurance and some silly cred coins for that 😉😄

Other best option pay through cred no broker or magicbricks or paytm or phonepay. You don't need agreement upto40k

MagicBricks – 1.65% (Unreliable for UPI transfers as shows Incorrect UPI ID)
CRED – 1.77%
Paytm – 2.00%
PhonePe 2.00%
MobiKwik – 2.52% (unlike apps above ; Mk adds wallet & then to landlord)

heard Redgiraffe is lowest but need to submit legal docs & Ifsc account etc.
Mobikwik used to allow FREE from CC to Wallet per month though very low cap.
