What's the meaning Transaction Failure reason "Hiso_India"?

Hello Everyone,
I was trying to pay a bill online (around 45000 rs) with my axis ace credit card (limit 68000 rs).
But it declined the payment repeatedly, i tried it the next day it again declined. I was the first time it happened as i had paid this vendors bill previously with axis ace with no issues.
Every time the reason given was "hiso_india"
Anybody could hep me with this? what's exactly is this issue?

I can confirm, large transactions via gpay on ace are not smooth in last 2 months. Lot of people in my know circle are facing issues.

I was doing online bill payment of a merchant through their website. 🤷‍♂️
But yeah i too have observed that payment by gpay using ace can be problematic sometimes. It takes multiple attempts.

I also faced decline using Ace on GPay last month as I had to pay my utility bill. I mailed to customer care and the problem was solved. This month I was able to pay smoothly.
