Axis Magnus What to expect after AXIS bank has sent notice emails related to non-personal transactions?

After AXIS bank has sent notice emails related to non-personal transactions.
Will AXIS bank enable the account and provide the points for the eligible spends and revoke only the non-personal spends ?
Is there any chance that card and accumulated points will be permanently wiped off ?
What could be the action ?

PS: I have called customer care for the details transactions for which they emailed the notice, They said we will get that email soon from AXIS with the transactions , But I haven't received it yet
