What is the meaning of this? I had already activated PIN on the card and even gave missed call as per the letter inside card envelope but I still got this email. Customer care also said that generating PIN activates the card.
Right now I am doing a ₹10 recharge.
Might this be because of server issues? As this time I after I again gave a missed call to 7573060605 I got a return confirmation which I didn't get at the previous time. I also messaged CCUSG to 5676766.
Will I need to do anything more?
