what is the best bank account we can get for 'investment' of 1L

I was looking to invest around 1L yearly to some Income/ Tax Saving Plans.

IDFC saying that if I do it via them then they will upgrade my account to Wealth Banking (though I dont trust on the RM's commitment as he says 3months TAT).

so I wanted to know which other bank can provide us better account with this amount ?

this is a common. i was also promised the same.
