Voucher not received from HDFC milestone offer

on 22-6-22 i received msg from hdfc that get Rs200/- voucher by transacting Rs.1000/- or more through smartbuy. the voucher should have to be delivered by 30-9-22. but i have not received the same.does anyone ever faced such issue and if yes then please tell what should i do?

Just put up a mail to HDFC to deliver your voucher by mentioning the offer. Grievance-Redressalcc <Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com>

Where you did transaction to get eligible for voucher,, because many categories are excluded from transactions
