I was testing the Utkarsh sfb netbanking before I could park large amounts in it, and I found weird issue. I created a fd of rs 1000 for a period of 7 days for testing the interface and all. It got created on 1st may around 11:57 pm. Everything was fine, then after around 45 mins i redeemed to see what penalty and all they charge and to make sure everything works seamlessly. Now when I redeemed, the balance on account remains same and not updated (should be 5k) shows me 4000 but if i download statement or filter statement it shows credited but I can just use 4k only not whole 5k (tested by going on funds transfer page)
