Utility payment status for reward points?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but what are the latest guidelines/rules for utility payments (electricity bills) for the Axis Bank cards? I understand from reading that Magnus and Reserve no longer get reward points for utility payments. What about Axis Bank Vistara Infinite card? From what I have read on Axis website, we will still get CV points and milestone benefits?
