Use of Tata Neu coins before closing infinity card

Dear All,

I currently have around 2k tata neu coins. I am planning to close the card due to the annual fees. Please let me know if my coins would go away if if close my tata neu infinity card? If so, what is the best way to use both online and offline options.

Annual fees will be charged at the end of August. I am planning to close this week.

Tata Neu coins is the feature of tata neu not the feature of tata neu card.

For example- even if someone doesn't have tata neu card even then if you order grocery from BB via tata neu app.. then neu coin will be earned.

So even after closing your tata neu card coins will be available in your tata neu account..

Since the card rewards are credited to the Tata Neu account, and each such credit is specific, it is better to be careful, and use up the coins in my view.
As for using coins, if you have Big Basket available, use the coins to buy grocery, can use it for Croma 1MG, Cliq and other Tata brands available on Neu apps, based on availability of services at your place. The other option would be to use the coins for flight/hotel booking. It is safer to use the coins if you are closing the card, though your 2000 coins could involve coins received from both Tata Neu, as well as HDFC Bank.

Though most probably they will not be touched after card closing, still I would suggest to just use them and chill. How I use them -
Online - I use it mostly for Bigbasket orders. BB Now instant delivery is best with Neu coins.
Online - Croma
Offline - Medicines from Tata 1Mg store but minimum 300 bill should be there in order to use Neucoins.
