When my relative was under 18, he had taken a bike loan in IDFC using his father's name and his own mobile number. Now that he has turned 18, he applied for a Smart Earn Virtual Card. The card is visible only in the app, and it has already been approved. However, when he tries to log in, it still logs in with his father's old loan account details.
When he tries to log in with his own details, it shows as invalid. Without access to the correct card details, he won't be able to link it to UPI or even use the card as it is a virtual only card.
He can't visit branch as it is far away from his home.
Please help find a solution for this issue. 🥲
