Understanding Credit Experian Credit Report.

Hi Everyone,

In my Experian Credit report there is an question mark. Does anyone know what does it mean?

It seems like, your lending institution has either not sent any report to bureaus or they have sent partial report.

You should go ahead and dispute it with bureaus as well as lending institutions.

They will upgrade their payment history and it will resolve on its own.

I have dropped an email to dmi finance but no reply from them. Will this reduce my score??

Check with them and ask them to update your payments history to bureaus.

No it will not affect score unless there are any other derogatory marks.

Apologies for bumping an old post.

I am also seeing a similar ❓ mark for March month in my Experian report. I think I had negative balance in that month on my Amazon pay card...
When I go to Experian website to raise dispute for the respective month, while selecting the discrepancy I don't see a question mark but green zero for March.. but again when I download Experian report or check it through third party apps it shows question mark in March month...

For both Feb and March months I have negative balance and no minimum due amount..

Worst part is jio app is showing Experian report late payment for the month of March..

I am not able to dispute as Experian site shows all green zeroes while raising dispute request.
