Unable to verify simcard in scapia app

Hi,
scapia card is approved.
VKYC is done.
the next step showing is to secure the card and tag it with sim card..
it sends some sms from the sim.
once it refreshes, I dont see it get updated or completed.
It shows error.
I have airtel sim. samsung android phone.
phone has sms balance. not sure what is the error here.
has any one got similar issue?

We have to manually send sms.. make sure you have active pack or recharge rs 10 and try

when i click on send sms from the app. it re directs to sms app in the phone and already some codes are typed in..

like SCAPIA --213423nsadfnsadvnas like this...
is this not the right way?

I had the same problem but not with scapia credit card. It was different app for UPI verification.
I solved this issue by turn off all Flash SMS notifications. It redirects you to SMS app to show you remaining balance.

shows the exact same to me. redirects to sms app. i just tap send. then it shows, sms sent, available balance etc.

Then mute that sender, so it won't send flash message & you'll be able to setup you app.

ok, so it is because of the feedback that comes when the message is sent. ok, I will check how to disable that thing.

i blocked that number, sent the sms again, then it worked..thanks a lot.
