It is easy to close the card.. just like any other card..
and it wont effect CIBIl..
It is just a floater card on your core card...

Some Assumptions & Explaination in my Calculations:

• Calculations are inclusive of all my Credit Card discounts so please re-calculate according to your scenario.
• UPI Spent is taken as an expense but if you manage to do it without actually spending then the Return is above 41%.
• All the NeuCoins will be Realised till 16 June only (as you can see in the screenshot attached)
• I have discounted the NeuCoins by 10% in the actual return because I think while paying through NeuCoins you lose onto other discounts and base 5% NeuPass NeuCoins.
• The column of "Effective" in the above tables does not include the NeuCoins as they are added separately at the end.

Did you use @tapicici vpa for doing payment through upi via your rupay cc.

So I think as Mobikwik direct CC payment through DC doesn't count in Wallet load so it would be eligible.

Yes, customer care is saying they are investigating since 4 days but according to tnc it should have come immediately
This would have given me 5th badge and 2000neucoins but these people are only taking time and not giving any resolution.

Strange problem with me, I have paid 1335 with my tataneu rupay credit card linked to my upiid @tapicici on the 15th of May but the upichamp badge and 100neucoins are not given to me.
On enquiring customer care says they have forwarded it to their internal team and no reply is coming from them
If I talk to customer care they are saying it is some technical problem and say internal team is looking into it but for 7days don't respond back to me. I have asked them for the compensation along with the badge and 100neucoins that I am eligible to get for the time delay that they are doing without giving me any reason.

My Tata neu infinity statement was generated yesterday. Usual 1.5% neucoins for UPI transactions are split calendar month wise and i get previous months UPI rewards in current months statement - Eg. My statement generation date is 20. On April 20, I get neucoins for UPI transactions from Mar 1- Mar 20 from previous statement and Mar 21-Mar31 from current statement. For transactions from April 1-April 20 i used to get in May 20 statement.

To my surprise, i got neu coins for UPI spends from May 1-May 20 also in the same statement. Maybe they've changed terms and conditions

PS - I've not got bonus 3.5% coins for Utility and tata cliq spends done between May 1- May 20
