Star health insurance premium using paytm

I wanted to pay star health insurance premium via Paytm or phonepe but, when I enter my policy number it asks me enter valid policy number. The format given in example is P/100001/01/2010/123456. I don't have the policy number in this format it is just written as 123566687772 like this. Can someone please help me?

Call the person mentioned in your policy. They'll give you the full number.

For some insurance renewal in the past, I remember I removed "/" character and given all other digits as input. Not sure if it will work for you. For you it will be P100001012010123456

No option other than to pay via star website in which they are charging convience fees for payment using cc use rupay cc to avoid it. I read somewhere in this forum that the Bharat billpay service has not updated for the latest policy numbers

Check on website itself wether star health provides multiple payment options like cc , UPI , dc ,netbankig , and wallets .
If wallet option is present check wether Amazon wallet is supported or not .
If yes then you can use your agv
