It happened again. SC just charged me debit interest and purchase interest for not paying debit interest. I was in a call with them for 40mins. They take full ownership of the blunder with pride but not able to solve problem saying it will be automatically reversed. My bill has been generated already. I was charged 4646/- extra for nothing. I'm losing all hope on SC. Just want to redeem and points and close the card.
