I just mailed them at help@sliceit.com, and they closed it within two days.

Just write to RBI ombudsman directly if you don't receive a satisfactory response.

I was chasing slice since 3 weeks to close my account. Finally after dropping email to CEO they said that account is closed. But when I check Slice app, it showed account is on hold. When I asked CC to close it, they said they need 7 more working days to permanently close the account. They are forcing customers to stay with them by not closing the account.

When I closed my account, it was also showing account on hold. Just leave it for a week or two. Your account is closed.
