Shop items shortlisted on Tata Cliq (website & App) via Tata Neu App? Coins? Pros/ Cons? Return Policy?

Saw this posted by another member, figured I'd ask.

I even ended up getting 179 NeuCoins back as I had made my purchase on TATA Neu app.

So far, I have shortlisted stuff using the

- TCQ website (saved as links) and
- TCQ app (some saved on Wishlist).

1. How could I leverage this Neu app to order the ones I selected?

2. How do I carry them over? Does Neu internally use TCQ as a source for all items?

3. Does this app use the same accounts as TCQ and access the address etc via Neu App? Same Login/ Pwd?

4. If not what would be the suggested CARRY OVER way from TCQ to Neu ?

5. I am quite sure for some items, and might return some if it doesnt fit or quality is not ok. How does Return Policy Play out?

6. Also the quoted persons screenshot shows lack of Shipping and Processing fees which TCQ App & Site seem to add. Whats the game?

1.Tata neu gives base 5% rewards in the form of coins on all eligible purchases.These coins can be redeemed on members apps/sites.

2.You login to tata nue app/website and then go to tata cliq you will get eligible coins after refund window is over.

3.Yes ,if logged in through same number.

4.Answered above

5.Return policy would be as of tata cliq itself.You wont get points for those i:e the coins will be auto reversed on the refund part.

Seems like they have a Processing Fee that includes a 29/- Platform Fee (courtesy TCQ I think).

Or am I making some mistake for that fee to show up?

check the same in tata nue and place your order from there thats the best price you will get comapratively
