Secured PNB Rupay select card fd lien Issue

Dear Pnb card holder Recently more than 2 weeks ago my wife & myself primary & add on Pnb Rupay select card cancelled by email to pnb care, card successful closed received sms . But fd lien not removed it's been more that 2 weeks no resolution yet visited branch they have no clue.

Due to emergency fund blocked with fd it's very frustrating experience with bank now , already mail to care team of pnb & 1st level credit card department still no clue when will get money back .

Card Cancellation requested due to need fd money only card here closed but no further action from pnb , after trailing mail I am getting only deadlines & new complaint no ,kindly suggest further action.

Have you wrote to creditcardpnb@pnb.co.in only ?

Write to creditcardho@pnb.co.in as well.
 
try this. Click on your FD. Check if OD/eOD option is active? Turn it off. I know you have it for CC but still try that.

Secondly you need to mail branch at email bo(xxxx)@pnb.co.in where xxxx is last 4 numerical digits of IFSC code like if IFSC is PUNB0123456 then email bo3456@pnb.co.in

Actually the lien needs to be vacated manually and in Finacle there is HLM option to remove that. Might be people at branch dont know this. So ask them to contact Circle Office to know the process to vacate lien.

This guy needs to be contacted if bank fails. But I can assure you bank will be able to help you if you ask them to contact circle office or IT department to know the process.
