There are account sellers in the market. They sell account loaded full of gun skins, and character sets at few thousands. That much skins and all would take lakhs to get officialy.

Only few are genuine. All others are scammers

Firstly, you should have never paid someone from Insta and other sites. There are dedicated,reputed gamer communities that sell account. I've purchased Apple gift cards when it was not available in India as many didn't have credit cards then, from a reputed site but they charge some fee. These scams are so common now! Also the other person can deactivate the account by just changing the password and you can never get it back.
