not able to connect with the vkyc agent even after waiting more than 30mins yesterday So I rescheduled today 9am and missed the window to login.I accidentally uninstalled the app. Now on resuming it’s saying only one active session allowed how to resolve and complete kyc? the error is due to non attendance? Or uninstalling the app created old session ?
Will they allow new application registration again on app? After 5days? Is there any other link for reschedule? I tried online vkyc link it asked mobile number and pan no it throws error to visit customer care. In mobile working but session error
