SBI CB showing negative Cashback amount after spending 1L+

I have made total spend of 1L+ in the last biling month, but instead of giving me cashback, they declared -1698 as cashback and debited the same from ny credit card.

I mailed them for the same.

They gave a general reply.

What to do?

Please help me, TIA

It’s offset for some old cashback which they erroneously give you
After axis SBI is a pioneer in rewards debited that too in cashback card

Did you use this card during previous sal on amazon? That time they gave 5% cashback and instant discount as wel! they are clearing all such cases before the next sale!!!!!

Bro those are forex charges after giving you cashback.

Lol you tried to trick cashback that having 3.5% + gst +1.15% charges.

There are heavy forex charges that are making your cashback as 0 plus some additional 500-600 charges (this maybe due to refunds came in account and cashback got reversed)

In this case you can simply call customer care and tell them that your product was cancelled and the refund is in the statement but why you got additionally charged

The issue is not about forex transactions, after refund as well, I have 1L+ bill amount from online transaction, where is that Cashback amount?

Bro, sorry to disappoint you but the cashback is for the first 1lakh transaction and that is already reversed. So after that no transaction is eligible for cashback for that month.

This maybe the scenerio but if you fight you may get the cashback.

See first I will suggest for getting the reversal of 2.3k negative cashback that they posted on above screenshot then go for their all docs/mitc of sbi cashback to search for my statement that they consider rewards for the first transaction and others transaction will not get reward.

If you found this then nothing can be done. If you didn't found then you can highlight that to nodal officer and if the issue didn't got resolved then mail pno and after that go for RBI Ombudsman with proof of there deductions and not giving the cashback for the next transaction.
