Sbi cb application stuck??

Applied for sbi cb cc through sprint portal.

After doing the bank credit/debit 1rs step and then linking account with Anumati AA, it redirected to the sbicard website with the application status page which shows to complete application but clicking on it shows the second image. Even retrieving application through sprint redirects here.

I had already gotten application submission sms (which said that executive will contact for additional docs) right after verifying aadhar through digilocker (even before doing the bank debit/credit and AA linking step), cibil enquiry has been done as well

Is it just a visual bug on the tracking page or is the application actually stuck or something? Also, any chances of approval and estimated credit limit?

22M, Cibil 765, Salaried 1.16LPM, Credit age - 3 months (only have IDFC wow)

I read the thread, they processed another application through appcode verification, I had recently read on reddit that someone faced a similar experience but in their case sbi guys processed some other card for them

So isn't proceeding with the new application a bit risky?
I don't wanna have another cibil hit and later to realize it wasn't even the card I wanted

Wait for the agent try pnb bank credit card they ask you 2 month salary slip and 3 month bank statement, because you are a beginner....that's suitable for you

it will happen, only way to avoid is instant approval. If for some reason that didnt worked, have to follow whole process. and each time instruct them specific required card and verify before proceeding next time. Dont worry, ull get multiple calls related to that card and tell if its different than u applied.

UPDATE: They called me today and completed the application on call (application number was same, no new cibil check)

Call timeline:
- Confirmed my details and address (residence and office)
- video kyc with physical pan verification
- Asked for salary slips
- 6 months bank statement, triggered anumati link through sms. It already showed the bank account which I linked during online application, so just had to give consent
- card delivery preference (office or residence)
- card network confirmation
- official company email verification
- add on card consent
- esign application through NSDL (aadhar verification)

After I gave consent to 6 month statement, the lady started saying that the system has approved your card as there are good high value transactions in ur account, Idk if she meant that my card is approved or maybe she meant something else lol.

Got told that one more verification call will take place in which they'll confirm my work and residence address, e - card will be issued soon and card will be dispatched within 7 days, credit limit will be assigned by backend


Is the card really approved or it's just a standard application process?

No, the application number was same in the new form as the one which was generated during online process

1) Woke up to an sms of another cibil enquiry by sbi done at 5am (The application number has been same throughout the whole process, so there has not been any other application made by the agent, just that one online application which triggered 2 cibil checks, one during the online application and one today)

2) Some guy came for office verification in the afternoon, he called from an official number starting with 1960 which the agent had mentioned while doing the vkyc. Clicked the office building picture with its name, clicked our selfie together and picture of my ID card

3) Received an sms in the evening,
"""We have received your SBI Card Application. Pls give us 11 working days to process your App.No. XXXX . The ANNUAL fee on Cashback SBI Card on VISA is INR 999. You can track your application status online at www.sbicard.com"""



No residence address verification done yet (It is different from Aadhar), I've given preferred mail address as office address


Questions
1) will there be seperate residence verification as well? If yes, how does that usually go? Because I would be at office during standard working hours

2) How much time did it generally take you to get confirmation of approval/rejection after this sms?

*I know some people keep waiting for months but considering my online application, vkyc, office verification took place on subsequent days itself, how much time should I expect?
