SBI Cashback - Incorrectly Credited

Hi,
I earned a total of ₹1901 cashback in last month's statement, but they only credited ₹1773.

I'll be calling them first thing in the morning. Just checking if anybody else is facing the same issue or not.

It's probably due to the bug which displayed extra cashback. Try and calculate the cashback, you might've received the correct amount.

Or another possibility is one or two transactions that you performed might've had excluded MCCs

Thanks buddy! I did the math, and the actual cashback is ₹1773, which is what SBI credited.

I'm not gonna use that extra Cashback SBI will debit it automatically for sure
