SBI CASHBACK card wrong cashback credit

After billing, I have done two transaction
1. Flipkart - Rs 8077
2. Amazon Pay Gift voucher from Amazon - 5000

Total cashback should be 653, but showing only 611?

What went wrong here?

Maybe the MCC of Amazon may be in exclusion list of 5% Cashback.

Actually you should call the customer support and enquire about this.

If incase you returned some product and got the refund then sbi adjusts cb in next statement.

there are 4 possibilities
1. 5% & 5% = 653
2. 1% & 1% = 130
3. 5% & 1% = 453 or 330
4. 5% & 0% = 403 or 250

No amount is matching with 611

How did you make payment? I saw somewhere that if you made payment as neft, it might be considered refund and some points could be taken away
