SBI Cards Doing Cheating

Hi Friends
I received a call from SBI that my cashback card approved and for limit split permission. I told to split limit from my existing SBI cards. Now limit of existing card has been reduced as I told but no new card generated.
Now customer care are telling there is no cashback card approved and I don't know why your limit reduced. Any one facing these types of issue. Help and guide me for next. I have a recording of old one in which @SBICard_Connect is telling for permission. 🙏🙏

It happened with me also but it happened from SBI side, I did not get any call but my limit got reduced by 10k limit. I wait for 1 month after that but nothing happened. So I complained to nodal officer it took like 15 days of time to give me Cashback card. But I started with customer care complaint and then to nodal in that 1 month period. Finally they understood they should give me Cashback card as limit already reduced.

now the replied that as of now my cash back credit card declined. they demand income documents for re considering. they are realy pathetic.
