I received a call from SBI that my cashback card approved and for limit split permission. I told to split limit from my existing SBI cards. Now limit of existing card has been reduced as I told but no new card generated.
Now customer care are telling there is no cashback card approved and I don't know why your limit reduced. Any one facing these types of issue. Help and guide me for next. I have a recording of old one in which @SBICard_Connect is telling for permission. 🙏🙏
