SBI BPCL Octane declined

SBI BPCL octane just got instantly declined after entering the details via sprint.I have a few questions.

1.When can I apply again via sprint for the same card?
2.I heard someone saying trying with an agent might work even after one day of rejection. Is it so?
3. Can I apply for just BPCL card( not Octane) right away?

Generally seen is that at first use normal BPCL card then ask for upgrade or apply fresh application through sprint after 6 months of use

Can I apply just BPCL via agent right away?

my bad first apply and get BPCL normal cc approved...... after 6 months using that go for the BPCL OCTANE cc through fresh application or upgrade via customer care number

Same case happened with me my application through sprint was rejected and the next day I applied through an agent and my card was approved that too with the highest limit among all other cards

Did u get to know the reason of declination via sprint at first place? I am asking so because I aslo tried via different agents and no one could get me that card.

The agent told me that the card was getting rejected from sprint due to multiple enquiries from the same number on sprint he said if in future this happens then try using another number with all details same and then after approval change the number back
