Are there any savings accounts variants which give out CCs as a matter of policy (whether paid, or FYF/ LTF) upon their opening (e.g. Indusind Pinnacle with Grande account variant)?
If your profile is decent and you have enough money, you can convince any bank to give you a credit card. Give a 10lac check to open a savings account and demand a credit card. Money talks

Axis and HDFC seem to be the best with pre-approved offers from personal experience. HDFC tries to lowball you with shitty credit cards like moneyback+ sometimes but it does offer a credit card. And Axis seems to offer pretty decent cards pre-approved.

To add to the above quoted post, a virtual RuPay CC for 99 per year can be obtained from HDFC immediately upon opening the savings bank account (from what I heard when the pricing changed a couple of months ago).
