Hey everyone, I hold both Magnus and Reserve along with a Burgundy account at Axis and have recently confirmed through Customer Care that even though both the cards send points to the same Edge Rewards account... the transfer ratio will be 5:2 only for Reserve, while 5:4 for Magnus points.
Not sure how their system plans to implement this for now.
I'd like to ask anyone if they have found a way around yet for this.
Also don't you think changing Reserve's Transfer Ratio isn't justified? Like if we're paying up ~60k as annual fee, isn't the whole activation and renewal value of those 50k points just because of the good 5:4 ratio we have now? And even if someone has Burgundy Private, why would anyone opt for Reserve if they can anyway get the Axis The One card that comes complimentary with Burgundy Private !!
This Reserve transfer Deval does not make sense to me tbh...
