I am new to axis bank credit card,
Please tell when will the reward points for a particular transaction gets credited ,Is it after statement generation ,or when transactions settle or instantly ??

For Axis cards they’ll be credited sometime after the transaction is settled. For Vistara cards they get credited after the statement is generated.

Can you specify how much time ?? ..actually its been more than 1 day since the transaction got settled.

I don’t know the specified times. Like see the screenshot I attached. The lazypay transaction was done on the 3rd of March morning and I got the points for it. The next transaction I did was 1 hour later on the same day and for that and all settled transactions after that I have still not received and ER.

ohh then i believe there must be something going on .as i also made the transaction on 4th march.and it reward points are not credited.

Axis uses a random number generator and picks a number between 1 and 30 to post the points. However, on the day they post, they do credit the ER for all settled transactions until that date.

oh thanks for the update. i was a bit worried about it that why the credit points were not credited.

Hi,
I was trying to redeem Multi Branch Voucher of 6250 RPs( I hold both Select and Privilege) , after the redemption processing I am getting cancellation text and email and RPs are credited back.
Tried multiple times but no success.
Am I missing something ?
