Regarding bill payment after receiving refund.

My Axis card bill was generated on the 25th, and I received a refund due to incorrect Flipkart orders. Now, I can't make a full payment because it is counting the refund as partial payment, and the Axis app also shows the bill as fully paid. None of the apps like the UPI ones or cred will let me make further payment, should I count refund as part of the payment or have to contact bank to send refund to my bank account?

If your bill amount & refund amount is same then no need to pay more.

If you want to be on the safer side and the amount is small you can try paying using BILLDESK
